“Get Over It!” was the theme of the First Tech Challenge (FTC) in 2010-2011. The Islandbots, team 4137 that year, made it into the finals for the Metropolis Division. Very different from the previous year of FLL robotics, 2010-2011 saw our team’s first robot built of metal, screws, and soldering, along with our first RobotC programs. Considering we were new to FTC, we were excited to make it as far as we did.
